Eden Prairie Presbyterian Church invites the community to a Prayer Ventures workshop, hosted by the church, 9145 Eden Prairie Road. The workshop, “Reach Out and Touch Someone: How to Pray for Others,” will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 19. Continental breakfast is at 8:45 a.m.

“Are there people in your life who need more than you can give them? Your children? Your spouse? A friend? Learn to reach out in prayer, in our weakness, but in God’s strength, and see what happens,” a news release said.

Betsy Lee, President of Prayer Ventures, will lead the hands-on workshop. There is no charge for this event, but offering will be accepted to help defray the cost.
