The Angelica Cantanti Concert Choir and Cantanti Singers will be presenting a special combined concert at 4 p.m. Sunday, April 20, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Eden Prairie. The concert will be free and open to the public, according to a news release.

The choirs will present “Songs of the Earth” featuring the combined voices of both choirs. The choirs include 75 singers in grades six to 12 from across the Twin Cities. Led by directors Nancy Grundahl and James Hawthorne, the concert will include “Circle of Life” from The Lion King and “We Belong to the Earth,” a song inspired by a speech of Chief Seattle in 1854 and written for the choirs by local composer J. David Moore.

Immanuel Lutheran Church is at 16515 Luther Way, one block north of the intersection of Highway 5 and Eden Prairie Road.
