Irene Schwartz, former owner of the 'Flying Red Horse' Mobil station at Flying Cloud Drive and W. 78th St., speaks at a Tuesday event at Pax Christi Catholic Community. Marie Wittenberg of the Eden Prairie Historical Society was discussing Eden Prairie history with the church Boomers and Beyond group. A History Tour is set Saturday to kick off Eden Prairie's Sesquicentennial Celebration. In addition the Historical Society Museum has planned an open house next Thursday (May 8).
