Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) will be hosting its second annual 5K walk, Walk Like MADD, to be held in Bloomington on Saturday, June 7, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. at the Hyland Lake Park Reserve. The Eden Prairie Historical Society has planned a tea party for women age 13 and older from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Sunday, June 22. Celebrate Eden Prairie’s 150th anniversary at Bearpath Country Club, 18100 Bearpath Trail, where there will be tea, coffee, finger sandwiches, cakes and other light fare served, plus a keepsake memento. “Put on your favorite sundress, top it off with a hat and come for a lovely afternoon.” Cost is $25 per person.
