Update:
They collected 7,462 pounds of food during Eden Prairie Night Out this year.
In 2007, 6,162 pounds were collected.

High levels of use and low levels of donations are leaving the cupboards bare at PROP (People Reaching out to Other People), said executive director Anne Harnack.
