Eden Prairie city staffers have noticed a spike in the number of complaints regarding the transition from Time Warner Cable to Comcast, according to Scott Neal's last Friday report.

The city is forwarding complaints to: Comcast, Attn: Escalation Department, 10 River Park Plaza, St. Paul, MN 55107; e-mail MN_CorporateComplaints@cable.comcast.com or call 651-493-5900.

Information is also available at 1-800-Comcast or www.comcast.com.
