The Eden Prairie City Council discussed improvements at several city parks on Tuesday, including Birch Island Park, Round Lake Park, Edenvale Park, Forest Hills Park and Prairie View Park. The changes are being done with funds from the 2005 park referendum.
Some at the meeting suggested that not enough residents had been notified in advance about the specific improvements proposed, particularly around Forest Hills Park.
