At 7 p.m. Monday, April 28, jazz musicians Joan Griffith and Ruth MacKenzie will present “What Is Jazz?” as the final program of the 2008 “Arts Access” series sponsored by Hennepin County Library in collaboration with the Association of Residential Resources in Minnesota, Homeward Bound, Inc. and Star Services. Funding is provided by a grant to the Library Foundation of Hennepin County from the Comcast Foundation.
