That story took another turn Tuesday evening as a majority on the City Council opted to hold off on proposed improvements to that section of Riverview Road that included widening the road, adding curb and gutter, connection to sewer and water and a pedestrian trail.
Instead, staff was directed to plan for repaving the road but nothing more.
